Warehouse Administrator

Location: Moira HQ

This position offers the opportunity to play a key role within our Warehouse and deliver a high level of customer service to the agricultural community. The successful candidate will need to possess excellent communication skills, show attention to detail and be able to work well as part of a team.

The Role:

  • Provide excellent customer service by interacting with the customer in a pleasant, friendly and helpful manner;
  • To provide customers with technical advice on products;
  • Accurately manage returned stock levels;
  • Assisting with stock management;
  • Comply with legislative requirements and other Company policies and procedures.

The Person:

  • Possess a good basic education including GCSE Mathematics and English (or equivalent);
  • Previous experience in an administration role;
  • Excellent IT skills and be familiar with Microsoft Office applications;
  • Customer care experience;
  • Cash handling experience;
  • Must have an excellent telephone manner;
  • An interest in and a knowledge of local agriculture as well as product knowledge of agricultural goods would be an advantage.
