Trade Marketing Manager

The Trade Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading marketing initiatives that drive brand growth, enhance customer relationships, and deliver commercial success. The role requires a balance of strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to work closely with sales teams.
The Role:
- Help develop and execute brand and trade marketing strategies to strengthen White’s market position alongside the Marketing Manager;
- Use marketing insights and data to identify growth opportunities and inform NPD;
- Work closely with sales to ensure trade marketing efforts align with commercial objectives;
- Assist in the facilitation of joint business plans with key retailers and commercial partners;
- Support on the full communications mix, including managing digital (with appointed agency) and in-store marketing activations;
- Work cross-functionally to align marketing efforts with broader sales and commercial objectives.
The Person:
- A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role;
- Proven brand strategy and campaign management experience;
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights;
- Experience using digital marketing platforms to drive community growth and engagement.
Preference will be given to candidates with:
- Previous experience working within a commercial/category environment;
- Familiarity of data tools such as Nielsen or Kantar.
