Job Details:
Technical Sales Advisor
Ref No: FVF/TSAA/07/23
A position has become available to take over a well-established sales area with significant sales volumes in the Co Antrim area.
Reporting to the Sales Manager the Technical Sales Advisor will be responsible for maximising existing business and developing new business within the sales area.
Candidate Requirements:
Applicants must:
- Possess sound knowledge of the Northern Ireland agricultural industry;
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills;
- Experience in Customer Support;
- Be IT literate;
- Have the ability to work on your own initiative and within a busy team;
- Show attention to detail and able to prioritise a busy workload;
- Have a Full UK Driving Licence.
Preference will be given to candidates who have:
- A third level qualification in an agricultural related discipline, 2023 Graduates welcome;
- Possess a sound knowledge and experience of ruminant production and nutrition;
- Good practical dairy cow and cattle livestock skills as well as a full knowledge of the major drivers affecting the dairy, beef and sheep industries;
- Previous relevant on farm sales experience.
