Sales Support Co-Ordinator (Drogheda Branch)

Based at our Drogheda branch the Sales Support Co-Ordinator will assume responsibility for supporting the departmental managers and sales teams across the animal feeds, agronomy, fertiliser and seed production departments.

The Role:
• Provide day to day administrative support to the management team;
• To assist in managing product pricing, price list distribution and tender preparations;
• Assist the management team with monthly reporting requirements;
• Assist with the setting up of product pricing;
• Assist with the coordination and logistics of farm deliveries for seed and agri-chemicals;
• Support the agronomy team with the coordination of soil sampling;
• Support the Agronomy Services Manager with the co-ordination of research and development trials at the Drummonds trial farm.

The Person:
• Have an understanding of the Irish Agricultural Industry;
• Have strong IT skills with experience in Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
• Ability to work on own initiative and within a busy team;
• Will have a Diploma or Degree qualification in a related discipline;
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
