Sales Advisor (Navan Branch)

Location: North East Ireland
Closing Date: 14th April 2023

Reporting to the Branch Manager the successful applicant, will support the effective running of the agricultural shop and retail animal feed business, with particular emphasis on exceptional customer service and delivering growth for the business.

The Role

  • Providing sales advise and product information to customers;
  • Processing customer orders and scheduling deliveries;
  • Ensuring excellent customer service and communication;
  • Supporting the operations team with grain intake and analysis at harvest;
  • Assisting with stock management, receiving stock and product replenishment.

The Person

  • A good basic education including strong numeracy and literacy skills;
  • Previous work experience in a retail environment;
  • Ideally have knowledge and awareness of the Irish agricultural industry and agricultural retail experience;
  • Be a team player, capable of working with minimum supervision;
  • Possess strong IT skills;
  • Ideally have an interest and qualification in agriculture.
