Sales Administrator

We now invite applicants for the following temporary full time position (Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.30pm) based from our headquarters in Moira.

This position offers the opportunity to play a key role within our livestock identification department and deliver a high level of customer service to the agricultural community. The successful candidate will need to possess excellent communication skills, show attention to detail and be able to work to strict deadlines. 

 Job Role: 

• Receive and process customer orders; 

• Invoicing customers and reconciling payments; 

• Assisting with dispatch of orders to customers; 

• Liasing with retail store staff regarding customer queries and stock requirements; 

• Provide general administration support to the department as required. 

The Person: 

• Have previous experience in a general administration or customer services role in a busy office environment; 

• Possess strong IT skills with experience in Microsoft Office applications; 

• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a friendly telephone manner; 

• Be a team player, capable of working with minimum supervision. 

• Ideally have experience of operating computerised accounting software; 

• An understanding and interest in the Northern Ireland Agricultural Industry would be an advantage.
