Product Procurement & Advisory Assistant

We are currently recruiting for the following position to join the team based at our Head Office in Moira.

The Role:

This position offers the opportunity to play a key role in the procurement department helping with the day-to-day operations, negotiating and working with suppliers to make sure that store requests for products are promptly ordered and handled.  The successful candidate will assist with and help in the delegation of the administrative duties as well as completing the retail stores goods requirements.

The Person:

  • At least two years general administration experience in a busy office environment;
  • Experience in a sales or product procurement focused environment;
  • A qualification in a related discipline;
  • Good computer skills;
  • Working knowledge of product procurement software systems;
  • Knowledge of computerised stock control systems;
  • Previous experience of dealing with agricultural requisites and an interest in and knowledge of agriculture would be an advantage.
