Operations Administrator

Reporting to the Finance Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for all operations administration tasks whilst supporting the supply chain department and operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for administrative tasks within production and supply chain, including labour recording, sales and purchase order processing;
  • Responsible for timely and effective resolution of credit note requests and queries;
  • Coordinate hauliers and inter-site transfers;
  • Assist Production Manager and Supervisors with administrative tasks and business activities;
  • Support the Operations Manager and Production with an oversight of processes, including stock control;
  • Liaise with other departments (Sales & Marketing, Finance etc) in order to ensure workflow efficiency;
  • Liaise with customers and other business partners;
  • Preparation of KPI reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis as required.

The Person:

  • A minimum of one years experience in a similar role;
  • Possess excellent administration skills, organised and able to prioritise and manage time effectively;
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook;
  • Possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
  • Be able to interact and communicate with staff at all levels in a professional manner. 

Preference will be given to candidates with:

  • Experience of using an ERP system;
  • Previous experience in FMCG/Operations.
