Industrial Cleaner

We now wish to recruit for the following position at our Ballindrait mill.
The Role:
The Industrial Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness of the plant, equipment, facilities and yard area. The successful candidate will also be required to perform general yard duties such as unloading goods inwards and ensuring the warehouse is organised and tidy.
The Person:
• Have an awareness of health and safety procedures;
• Be able to demonstrate good organisational skills;
• Have the ability to follow documented schedules and instructions;
• Be self-motivated and demonstrate the ability to work on own initiative;
• Ideally have previous experience of industrial cleaning in a mill or similar environment;
• Ideally have a forklift licence but not essential as training will be provided.
The hours of work:
Monday to Thursday 8.00am to 4.30pm and Friday 8.00am – 3.30pm. Flexibility is also required to work Saturday morning overtime when necessary.
