Job Details:
Fertiliser Support Administrator
Ref No: FVS/FSA/11/21
Fane Valley Stores is the largest retail distributor of fertiliser and agronomy products and services in Northern Ireland. The company now wishes to appoint a Fertiliser Support Administrator based at our Head Office in Moira.
The Role:
• Provide telephone sales support to customers for fertiliser and lime products;
• To assist with the processing of sales orders;
• Assist with the management and scheduling of deliveries,
• Provide administrative support to the Fertiliser Manager and wider sales team;
• Deal with queries form customers, hauliers and suppliers.
The Person:
• Have previous experience in a general administration or customer services role in a busy office environment;
• Possess strong IT skills with experience in Microsoft Office 365;
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• The ability to work on own initiative and within a busy team;
• An understanding and interest in the Northern Ireland Agricultural Industry would be an advantage;
• Preferably have previous sales experience dealing with farmers;
• Ideally have a 3rd level agricultural qualification.
