E-Commerce Manager

If you are passionate about online sales growth, join us as our E-Commerce Manager and lead our digital retail strategy at our Head Office in Moira.
The Role:
- Reporting to the Head of Retail, the E-Commerce Manager will oversee the day-to-day management of the Fane Valley Stores online retail business;
- Responsible for developing and implementing our e-commerce strategy to drive revenue growth and enhance the customer experience;
- Ability to analyse sales data and customer insights to identify trends and opportunities;
- Ensure a seamless and user-friendly experience for customers across all touchpoints;
- Managing the online product catalogue, including product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing.
The Person:
- Experience of leading a team in a similar role, with a clear results focus, excited by change and
- innovation;
- A detailed understanding of the latest e-commerce technologies and applications;
- Experience of Google analytics and social media insights to optimise promotional plans and track
- performance;
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels and social media platforms, SEO, SEM, PPC, Google
- Ads & Google Shopping;
- Strong IT and analytical skills;
- Experience of managing customer data to make informed decisions on targeted marketing;
- Business acumen and commercial focus;
- Knowledge and awareness of the agricultural industry and agricultural products would be an advantage.
