Accounts Administrator (Part-Time)

Location: Donegal
Closing Date: 4th April 2024

We now invite applications for the following permanent position at our Ballindrait mill for 22.5 hours per week.

The Role:

  • Maintaining the document management system;
  • Processing supplier/customer invoices, credit notes and payments;
  • Daily bank lodgements and reconciling bank/credit card transactions;
  • Posting accounts journals to the general ledger on a timely basis;
  • Preparing monthly reports for management and Revenue returns;
  • Providing support for other financial duties delegated by management.

The Person:

  • Have strong IT skills with experience in Microsoft Office applications, in particular MS Excel;
  • Able to work effectively both on your own initiative and also within a busy team;
  • Possess excellent organisational, time management and interpersonal skills;
  • Have excellent attention to detail and a high numerical understanding;
  • Ideally have relevant experience of working in a finance role, but not essential, as training will be provided;
  • A business-related qualification would be advantageous but not essential.
